From executing events across the country toexecuting inbound marketing campaigns across the world.

I started with live execution, then moved into inbound marketing. This is where I learned how research, campaigns, conversion, and sales follow-up connect.

The same company taught me
two very different kinds of work.

Touchpoints execution foundation visual

School 1: Execution

PAN-India activations, client servicing, vendors, logistics and no undo button. Plans had to survive people, places, deadlines and last-minute changes.

  • client servicing
  • activation execution
  • vendor coordination
  • multi-location follow-through
  • brand experience discipline

School 2: Growth Systems

SEO, content, CRO, paid campaigns, HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, nurture and sales follow-up. Traffic had to become a useful conversation.

  • search visibility
  • conversion review
  • paid campaigns
  • workflow automation
  • lead qualification
  • sales follow-up

The work moved from live execution to inbound systems, buyer research, and clearer follow-up.

Touchpoints client-facing execution visual01

Executed brand activations at PAN-India scale

I started in live, client-facing work where there was no undo button. Briefs had to become real experiences across locations, vendors, logistics, on-ground teams and client expectations.

Touchpoints transition to full-funnel growth visual02

Moved from execution to growth ownership

After my MBA, I returned in an inbound role. I learned quickly because I had to own live B2B accounts, not just one narrow channel.

DemandFarm full-funnel inbound engine visual03

Built DemandFarm into a connected inbound system

DemandFarm was one of my first major B2B SaaS accounts. I worked across keyword strategy, content, page improvements, landing page conversion, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, nurture and sales alerts.

Lubrizol research-led GTM strategy visual04

Handled Lubrizol as a full-scale project

For FlowGuard and BlazeMaster, I did not start with ads. I started with the market. I handled onboarding, groundwork, research, interviews, personas, strategy and digital execution.

Marketing automation and sales alignment visual05

Made follow-up clearer for sales

The work became more useful when sales could see which leads were worth attention. I used HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, nurture paths and alerts to separate noise from leads that deserved follow-up.

Touchpoints career foundation visual06

Repeated the pattern across other accounts

Across Hippo CMMS, iOFFICE, Tarantula and other accounts, the same pattern kept showing up: understand the buyer, improve the path, measure what moves and connect the work to business outcomes.

The system underneath the channels.

The visible work was SEO, paid ads, social, email, landing pages and reports. The more important work was the system underneath: how people found the product, what they saw next, how they became leads, how those leads were qualified, how they were nurtured and when sales should step in.

Layer 1: Traffic

  • search visibility
  • keyword tracking
  • content planning
  • Google Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • social distribution

Layer 2: Conversion

  • landing pages
  • clear next steps
  • heatmap review
  • visitor behavior analysis
  • form conversion

Layer 3: Qualification

  • lead fit scoring
  • company fit
  • job title
  • company size
  • behavior signals

Layer 4: Nurture

  • HubSpot workflows
  • email sequences
  • stage-based communication
  • moving leads forward

Layer 5: Follow-up

  • sales-ready lead logic
  • lead threshold
  • sales notifications
  • reporting
  • account review

The outcomes were real.

Lubrizol alone generated 327 interested leads, 138 sales-ready leads, 47 opportunities and 4 large project conversions.

Selected outcomes

The work had to show up in qualified demand.

Lubrizol became the clearest proof: research and campaign planning moved beyond interest into follow-up, opportunity, and large project conversion.

Result

Across selected accounts, search traffic improved by 68-146% and sales-ready lead generation improved by 112-287%.

Touchpoints shaped how I still approach messy work.

I learned to stay close to the work, understand the buyer, build the path clearly and make the result useful for the next team. That is why product marketing later made sense.

From Pan-India events to inbound marketing across the globe.

I started with live execution, then moved into inbound marketing. This is where I learned how research, campaigns, conversion, and sales follow-up connect.

Learned how events worked, then how inbound marketing worked.

On-ground execution taught me how to solve problems fast, manage moving parts, and communicate clearly when the work had to land right the first time.

Growth schoolSearch, content, campaigns, workflows, full-account ownership.

This is where I learned how inbound marketing actually worked: bringing search, pages, content, campaigns, and follow-up together to create results.

That shift is why Touchpoints matters in my story. It is where execution discipline turned into growth thinking.

The work tells the story.

Each stop below is a real part of what I handled and what it taught me.

This chapter mattered because it created visible movement, not just activity.
